We Started Profillers Because Workers Deserve Better.

Based in Surrey BC, Profillers is the Lower Mainland's light industrial staffing agency, placing general labour, warehouse and 3PL workers, food and bakery processing crews, cold storage staff and IVES-certified forklift operators since 2017.

In 2017, we started Profillers out of a simple belief: workers in warehouses, food plants, cold storage and factories deserve an agency that actually advocates for them, and employers deserve a staffing partner who understands their operation, not just their job posting.

Based in Surrey, BC, we've built our business one shift at a time. Today we serve the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, placing workers in some of the toughest and most demanding facilities in the region.

🏆 What Makes Us Different

IVES-Certified Forklift Trainer on staff: We certify on your equipment, at your facility, for Classes 1 to 5.
WorkSafe BC compliant and fully WCB covered: Zero liability headaches for your operation.
Warehouse and cold storage experience since 2017: Cloverdale Cold Storage has trusted us since 2018. That relationship still runs today.
Pre-screened, shift-ready workers: Our 24-hour pre-shift briefing means workers arrive knowing the job, the dress code, and the expectations.
We operate 24/7: Because your facility doesn't stop at 5pm, and neither do we.

📍 Where We Operate

We staff facilities across:

BC Lower Mainland: Surrey, Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Delta, Langley, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge

Fraser Valley: Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Mission

"Staffing with Heart"

We go out of our way for workers, even when we don't have an open role. If someone calls looking for work, we don't brush them off. We keep their information, learn their situation, and reach out when something fits. That's not just good business. It's the right thing to do.

For employers: we treat your operation like it's our own. We follow up after every first shift. We flag problems before they become headaches. We're a phone call away, any time.

We can't thank Profillers enough for their exceptional service and support. We operate three facilities, each with very different needs, and they've always provided qualified and productive staff. Communication with their management, as well as on-site staff, is second to none; we highly recommend Profillers.
