Yes. Give us your headcount and dates and we flex the crew up and down, so you only pay for the hours you need.
Are you trained to work in freezers?
Yes. Workers arrive briefed on your cold room and freezer rules, dressed in proper cold weather PPE, and trained in WHMIS 2015, safe manual lifting and lockout tagout. Our forklift operators are certified in house.
Is there a contract or minimum?
No. Give us your hardest shift for two weeks with no contract and no minimum. If we do not hold it, walk away.
Can I hire your workers permanently?
Yes. We offer temp to hire and direct placement so you can convert the keepers, the way Cloverdale Cold Storage has since 2018.
